SHIPPING POLICY BY HOUSEERY

Thank you for shopping at Houseery. We deliver all Pakistan with 
reliable courier partners.

ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are confirmed via phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp once your order 
  is shipped.

DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your city.
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 days.
- Other cities and remote areas: 3–5 days.
- Delivery times may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due 
to courier delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,500.
- A flat shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 1,500.
- Charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- We offer cash on delivery all Pakistan.
- Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Our courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times. If delivery fails due to 
  an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned.

ORDER TRACKING
- Once shipped, you can track your parcel using the tracking number 
  provided by our courier partner.
